Autumn Winter 20/21, welcome the comfy season draped in quilt! Do you feel the warmth it has to offer?
Hey, do you know what time it is? It’s time to be quilted head-to-toe! On a cold day, being able to “almost” wear a blanket as an outfit definitely counts as battle inclement weather. This Autumn-Winter 2020, comfort took a new chic route with quilt patterns on long coats or trench coats, jackets and so much more. In striking shades & minimal to OTT styles, it was THE cozy vibe to follow.
Spur of the Quilt!
Ramps and runways, this fall were all bolstered and padded. Printed quilted patterns, quilted ruffles, skirts, and ponchos were all great updates to see on runways this season. Talk about adding a number of pleasant new options for chic cold-weather gear. It’s all here! To present tapestry and quilt in this comfy and urban fashion was an epic move, none-the-less!
Laudable enough, Balmain’s quilted and fitted outfits paired right with thigh-high boot. Kwaidan’s velvety touch to the theme portrayed the quilt love aplenty. While LaQuan Smith’s leather quilt vibe was evident, there was a print rage at Balenciaga, all set to layer us! How can we miss, Bottega Veneta’s comfort and chic romance in all sorts of ways – quilting into slim puffer coats!
Jason Wu’s interesting take looked like quilting. But remained unlined and quite light enough to be cut into a trim blazer and pencil skirt. Minimal-leaning romantics will be charmed, no doubt!
My Quilt-y Pleasures!
When the season came covered in the quilt so effortlessly, the celebs too were ready to embrace the winter chill & quilt it up! Lucy Hale, Emma Roberts, and Vanessa Hudgens were adorning quilt in style. Kim Kardashian and Taylor Hill were all drenched in puffer aura.

On the homefront too, be it Natasha Poonawala, Vaani Kapoor, or Neha Sharma, comfy was their style statement for Fall 2020. Checking out Priyanka Chopra, Parineeti Chopra & Nushrat Barucha, all were seen flaunting their comfort mood too!
