Designer’s Groove Retro
The runway was resplendent with looks reminiscent of this brilliant era. As Versace added the signature pop of colour of the sixties, paired with a play of headscarves, Moschino played around with a more caricature-like version of the era. Jonathan Cohen and Herme’s opted for a subtle influence; Gucci was all about the retro spirits! Even Andre Gn hopped on to this trend train with silhouettes that translated the swingin’ sixties vibe in full glory. Courreges was true to its roots with looks that defined the era. On the other hand, Dior opted for subtle elegance.
