AW 19/20: Slay it with Sleeves This Season! #Trendalert

After all the OTT love for all things black, feathers and neon colours, there’s room for some more, and this season, it’s all about the sleeves! From layers to ruffles to hanging ones, the sleeve has taken over fashion like never before. Whether it was Marc Jacobs version of fabric and feather twirls or Rodarte’s feminine puffed and ruffles of sleeves, there was a whole lot of sleeve love on the ramps. In combination with other trends of the season, sleeves played a part with all the drama it could muster. Dramatic Sleeves Taking inspiration from the 70s era dressing, big sleeves made a comeback this season in their larger-than-life vibe. From bell-shaped, puffed, balloon to cold-shoulder, sleeves took the spotlight with their statement looks.
